Thank you for buying a kikko product.
Product Warranty
kikko warrants to the original purchaser that our product is free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers defects encountered in the normal use of the product and does not apply if the product is affected by accidental damage, misuse, improper care, alteration or natural breakdown of materials that may occur after extended use of the product, and excludes claims for incidental or consequential loss.
If the product is found to be defective, kikko’s only obligation and the purchaser sole and exclusive remedy is the repair or replacement of the product with the same or comparable product. kikko shall have no liability or responsibility to the purchaser or any other person for any special, incidental or consequential losses or damages caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by the product.
All returns must be sent to kikko at the purchaser’s expense. We cannot process your warranty until we receive your product.
Please note that proof of purchase must be provided to make a warranty claim.
Guarantee & Return Policy
We do our best to make sure you’ll be satisfied with every purchase. However, should any item fall short of your expectations, return it to us unused within 30 days of receipt and we will send you a prompt refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.
Privacy
kikko will not sell, or share with any third parties information we collect from our customers and site visitors, including names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and credit card information.
Shipping
If your item/s are in stock, they will be posted the next business day. For custom orders and items that are not in stock, allow 3-4 weeks within Australia and 4-5 weeks internationally.
Care Instructions
Your kikko bag or wallet is designed to last, but you can ensure that you get the longest possible life for your bag or wallet by following these simple instructions.
Leather and suede can be wiped gently with a clean, damp cloth for minor marks and scuffs. A professional dry cleaner is recommended for difficult to remove stains.
To improve the life span of your bag or wallet it is highly recommended that you spray the product with a quality leather and suede protector before use.
